 Wapello Chiefs Bowmen Archery Range is located on 80 acres of timber located approximately 3 miles south of Ottumwa, IA.  We set up realistic wooded shots on our four 3D courses with 12 shots per course for a total of 48 shots. 

 

 

                                        

                    We are a 100% IBA Club.  When you join Wapello Chiefs, you are automatically a member of the Iowa Bowhunters Association.   We hold 4 shoots a year that are open to the public.  Three are for all types of archery equipment and one is Traditional only. 

 

Members may use the grounds at any time.  Targets will be set up on one course from June through August for practice purposes.  Club members may hunt on club grounds during hunting seasons.

 

Members also enjoy an Awards Banquet in the spring.  Awards are given for game taken during the previous hunting season.

 

Wapello Chiefs Bowmen is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education, promotion, and preservation of all aspects of archery.
